The mittens have textured motifs these create a beautiful relief pattern — inspired by leaves and autumn berries. I named the mittens „Krasna deviza“, in Russian „a lovely (beautiful) girl“. I hope you enjoy knitting these as much as you will in wearing them!

Size: to fit an adult. Wide – 4″ / 10 cm,  Length – 10.6″ / 27 cm.

Yarn weight:  Aran / 10 ply or Worsted /10 ply – 200 yards.

Needle size: DPNs US 4 – 3.5 mm.

Better choice for these mittens is yarn featuring artistic colors which shade easily from one color to the next or solid yarn, or slightly variegated which does not hide the stitch pattern.
